Initial Property Verification Service (IPVS)

IPVS the CDAs solution to provide comprehensive property information & verification which features an extensive, regularly updated property database. Property Verification Report (PVR) includes:

  1. Address details (Plot No, Street No, Gali No, Road Name)
  2. Housing Scheme Layout Plan (LOP) Approval Status
  3. Plot LOP Approval Status
  4. Permitted Land Use type according to the Approved Layout Plan
  5. Total Area information (in Sq. Yds)
  6. Competent Authority responsible for approvals in their jurisdiction area.

How to use:

  1. Register for IPVS:
    • Provide the necessary information to create your IPVS account.
    • Look out for a verification email sent to your provided address.
    • Click the link in the email to complete your account setup.
  2. Log in with Credentials:
    • Securely access your IPVS account using the credentials you used during registration.
  3. Input Property Details:
    • Use the search field or zoom in on the map to select the address or property you want to verify.
  4. Select Your Service:
    • Choose the specific service you need from the left-side menu.
  5. Request an Initial Property Verification Report (OPVR):
    • Click the “Get your Initial Property Verification Report (OPVR)” button.
    • You’ll receive a confirmation message once your request is submitted.
  6. Instant Report Delivery:
    • Your comprehensive Initial Property Verification Report will be electronically delivered to your account.
